  3.  - Added a line to the logoff command which will display only to the SysOp
  4.    screen since the user isn't online that says that the user had flagged files
  5.    and is saving them for later retrieval.
  6.  - Reports of the program sometimes not working correctly. I've debugged every
  7.    line of code, commented ever line of code and feel that ever change I've
  8.    made should correct any problems.
  9.  - Added more error checking to hopefully curb the problem of some systems
  10.    having the program not operate correctly in its prior state.

  21.    have the capability to increase it some more, but for 100% compatibility we
